Carolyn H. Warner, MD

Biography

Dr. Carolyn Warner is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at Columbia University. Former Partner at the Dent Neurologic Institute in Buffalo, Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinics at SUNY Buffalo, and Neurology Division Chief at the Allen Pavilion, CUMC, she now concentrates her practice in outpatient General Neurology at the Neurologic Institute at Columbia University.

A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she completed 2 years of training in Internal Medicine at SUNY Buffalo before her Neurology Residency and Chief Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester, and Fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders and Electrodiagnosis at Columbia University. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the AMA, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
