What is NYP OnDemand Urgent Care?

Need care urgently but don't want to/cannot travel? Video Chat with a doctor instead to get an instant examination, diagnosis, and treatment using Urgent Care.

  • For $99 per visit, you can speak with Board Certified Emergency Medicine doctors from Weill Cornell Medicine.
  • Get a visual examination for appropriate conditions over live video and, like a traditional appointment, even a prescription.
  • Urgent Care is available for children and adults (Pediatric Urgent Care is available from 6 pm – midnight).
  • NYP Urgent Care is NOT for medical emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency please proceed to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Why have a digital Urgent Care visit?

There are some injuries or illnesses that can be easily diagnosed and treated visually, by a doctor examining you through a camera and listening to your concerns:

  • If you're on-the-go but aren't feeling well, a video visit and prescription would save time and energy.
  • You might also be too unwell to visit the doctor, making Urgent Care quick and convenient.
  • You can be sure that our Board Certified Emergency Medicine doctors will provide nationally recognized standards of high quality care.
  • You can get a prescription, if necessary, sent straight to your local pharmacy.

You could consider Urgent Care if you have:
