Dr. Joseph F. Voli is a practicing general and laparoscopic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive approaches to common general surgical problems such as hernia, gallbladder, appendix and intestinal diseases. In addition to his advanced laparoscopic expertise he is well trained in all facets of general surgery, breast surgery, diseases of the soft tissues and colorectal surgery, having trained under Dr. James Turner and Dr. Kenneth Rifkind at New York Hospital Queens, an affiliate of the New York Presbyterian Health System.

Dr. Voli emphasizes practicing the current standard of care and ensuring that his patients comprehend their individual issues in an easy to understand fashion. He takes pride in treating his patients as if they are part of the family. Dr. Voli has been practicing general surgery in New York City for the last 15 years at Beth Israel and Lenox Hill Hospitals and is now happy to be moving closer to home, taking care of patients in Westchester County where he was born and raised. Dr. Voli is a Board Certified Surgeon, Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is the father of three children and enjoys attending their athletic events as he is also an athletic enthusiast, enjoying running, biking, skiing and scuba diving.
