me?

what characteristics make you an ideal candidate (or not).

Why may femoral head resurfacing be an option for me?
Your form of hip arthritis may not have resulted in destruction
of the socket articular cartilage and labrum. The bone
preserving alternative may therefore be a more attractive
option for you.
Am I a candidate for unicompartmental (uni) knee replacement?
There are three compartments to the human knee (medial,
lateral and patellofemoral). If your knee pain is caused
by a problem only in the medial compartment (or only in
the lateral), then you are likely a good candidate for
a uni.
