We work with embassies or other government agencies to obtain a patient's Letter of Guarantee to pay for healthcare services. The embassies or other government agencies make the final decisions on payments for services received and patients' out-of-pocket expenses either during or after an approved length of treatment. Except for emergency medical care sought at the Hospital, a letter of authorization from the embassy or other government agency will be required before treatment can be provided. Our Financial Representatives will help you with your treatment plan, by working directly with embassy medical liaisons and other government agencies to obtain an authorization letter as needed.
