Make a substantial gift to NewYork-Presbyterian through a transfer of real estate assets.

You may donate land, a vacation home, a residence, or other property to NewYork-Presbyterian. There are many ways to donate real property to the Hospital. You may give the entire property or a portion of it. You may also sign a deed to leave all or a portion of your personal residence or farm to the Hospital, and retain the right to live there for your lifetime. You may receive a substantial charitable income tax deduction for this type of gift.

Please contact us to discuss the many ways you can use real estate to further your philanthropic goals.

Note: As you consider any charitable gift plan, please consult with your tax or financial advisor to determine the tax/financial implications for you and your family.
