The meeting rooms can be arranged to best meet the needs of your meeting/event. Please arrange room set-up with the Conference Center staff at the time of booking. If additional equipment is rented-in, please arrange delivery with the Conference Center staff.
At the conclusion of your meeting/event you are expected to leave the room in the condition in which you found it. Equipment and materials are to be restored to their proper places, furniture returned to the original configuration, and trash and other extraneous materials disposed of in the trash bin. Standard housekeeping services are provided for all meetings/events, however, an additional cleaning fee may be charged if areas require cleaning beyond normal end of day janitorial service, i.e. carpet cleaning, etc.
