Generally one month, sometimes sooner, depending upon availability of appointment times for the physician and patient.
No, but patients are welcome to do so if they can. The staff at CSS can assist a patient with transfer of medical records at their first appointment.

CSS only accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Private insurance polices are not typically accepted at CSS, but please speak to your social worker for more information and options.
CSS is a comprehensive care facility and our patients are seen by physicians, nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, nutritionists, gynecologist, dentist, including many others.
No, patients can only access these providers if they receive their primary medical care within the clinic.
Q. Will a doctor be available to address my health concerns outside the clinic operating hours of 9am to 5pm?
Yes, there is always a physician “on call” available to speak with you over the phone regarding any concerns you may have during the night or on the weekends.
