Our Breast Center offers patients the full range of screening, diagnosis, and treatment options for breast cancer — including surgery, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy, or a combination of those approaches, depending on the type, stage, and biology of your cancer. Our hospital is also a site for the NRG Oncology Group, which brings together the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project, the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, and the Gynecologic Oncology Group — each recognized internationally as a leader in cancer research. Through our relationship with Weill Cornell Medicine, we are a member of the academically prestigious Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology. You may have the opportunity to participate in a clinical trial of a promising new breast cancer therapy.

An expert team for breast cancer care
Our comprehensive multidisciplinary breast cancer team includes breast surgeons, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, dedicated breast imaging specialists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses and nurse practitioners, pathologists, gynecologists, geneticists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, nutritionists, and physician assistants. Our nurse navigators help coordinate your care and appointments to make your experience as smooth and seamless as it can be. Our doctors are also on the breast cancer care team at Weill Cornell Medicine.
